Left Over. And Over. And Over.

Aside from the ambulance rides to the emergency room, the problem with the 4th of July is the leftovers. From the 5th until about the 10th, dinner will consist exclusively of the first 2 pounds of food that fall out of the refrigerator when we open it. It gets dodgy around July 8th.
