Say Cheese!
We went to the Taste of Edinburgh Festival on Saturday. We had VIP tickets so we got a free glass of champagne, a free recipe book and £15 of free tokens to get loads of Michelin starred foods. Had a pretty incredible pork belly with vanilla salt and pepper. Blew my mind.
This is a 18 month old Parmesan. They had cut it in half and just had lots of cocktail sticks to pick with, and some parma ham to serve it with. Thoroughly enjoyable way to spend an evening!
