The Circus of the Orient

Yes, even in Portree on the Isle of Skye, we are visited by the Circus. Here for two days. Unfortunatelty I was unable to go but judging by the sounds eminating from the bigtop it was enjoyed by all.

At the end of the season we are also visited by a fair ground. Trouble with that is the cost and the noise.

I remember some years ago after moving here I was asked by friends from Greater London if we had electricity up here. Looking back on those times I remember the question with a smile upon my face.

I know where I would rather be. All it takes is a decision.
