On The Road to Wisco

Day one of a family road trip to Wisconsin.

We left rainy Michigan for a four state - nine hour drive to see relatives in Appleton Wisconsin. I got this shot of one of the first signs for our destination state we saw. As you can see the cloud cover was pretty thick all day. It did break up for a gorgeous sunset just before we arrived at our final destination. For the record we drove from Detroit MI through Indiana and Illinois (avoiding Chicago to the South and West) before heading into Wisconsin.
