Lunch for tomorrow

Slimming world day one and i am getting into the swing of things now i have had a good chance to read through everything. So have just made up lunch for tomorrow for Lee and I. Salad with cheese and egg and chicken. Breakfast will be fruit with fat free yoghurt and dinner is steak with jacket potatoe, asparagus and carrots.... YUMMY SCRUMMY !!!!

Another lovely day in the sunshine so i got the paints out in the garden and Harvey painted a picture which he said was Mummy, didnt look much like me. He had mixed all the colours together and made a muddy brown mess which he slopped all over the paper. He he .... it will still make it onto the fridge though i'm sure :)
