Wide load.....

It isn't uncommon to meet this smaller truck blocking the Burton Bridge in the morning to permit a prefabricated home to be hauled across without oncomming traffic. Luckily this morning I was the first car in the line and had my camera within reach.

As you can see, the day began quite grey and overcast but it soon turned into a beautiful summer day....a shame I was inside for most of it. Tomorrow I begin my first vacation week of the summer. Later in the month, I'll take a two-week break. Hopefully, the next 7 days are as beautiful as today was.
