The Last Unicorn in Norfolk

Daughter just returned from a furry convention in Pennsylvania and she brought home this wonderful unicorn mask creation by Savannah Horrocks. Isn't it lovely?

It actually creeps me out just a little because it looks so real and part of her when she is wearing it. The huge eyes are a mesh fabric and so she can see everything really well. And it fits her face just right.

Peter S. Beagle was at the conference also. So she was able to gain his autographs on three books that she owns by him. He is the author of the book "The Last Unicorn" which she read obsessively as a child (and truly even as an adult).

All in all it was a very successful weekend.
