Having a ball .......

K was desparate to go to the beach. Not sure because it can irritate R's eceama.

So morning by the pool, lovely lunch then a walk into town and back along the beach front which is beautiful. I stopped halfway and told everyone to just stop and listen. The beach was packed but silent!!! It was so peaceful. Everyone so quiet and relaxed.

Lovely evening meal, R is doing really well, trying everything although we did have to bring her cookies with her.

Yoga and water aerobics again.
