Arthur

Another close up request, this time from our cook Arthur. He is from Manila. He is very grateful that we gave him the opportunity to learn all the specialties of the eastern and western kitchen.
Now he is an allround and experienced ships cook and still grateful that we believed in him from the start. And that is not good for my weight.
