Is it Art?

Some little whippersnapper Climbed up on the roof of the practice years ago, 2004, Still cant Decide if I hate it or quite like it.

On the whole I think I quite like Graffiti art when its pictures or crazy colourful patterns and yet cant stand little tags everywhere. I guess this is somewhere in the middle.
