A Foot of Water...

You know there are some moments in life that this little corner of the internet is absolutely perfect for recording. In the past, things like this would just be consigned the the squidgy, not so perfect human memory and eventually disappear. We really have a unique opportunity that past generations never had.

Bethany hasn't been feeling too well over the last couple of days. Essentially she's got a bit of a temperature and is complaining of a sore head. It started really pouring with rain outside so while I was cooking dinner, I suggested she just go and take a wee walk in the rain. We both headed out hand in hand, barefoot for a wee circular of the garden. She liked it so much she spent the next 5 minutes just going round and round the patio.

It was rather magical.
