Comfort shopping?

I finally did test-ride the Bergamont Single-speed Classic.
The tires are very narrow and the handle-bars are not wide enough, all together very impractical. But it is soooooooooo beautiful... ... ... ... ...
I happened to cycle along a guy actually also riding this exact bike. He said in a dreamy tone of voice it's a wonderful bike and I really should buy it. Will I listen??

Walking with the horse was no fun as we were walking in the heat together with around 5000 horse-flies. The horse ended up in hysterics throwing herself suicidally on the street. I won't repeat that exercise too soon.

P.S.: Last years pic worked better, I think. It happened again: same day, same blip idea. Strange.
