Metropolitan

London today - didn't have as much time as I thought I was going to, so not much time for wandering around taking photos.

As normal, I walked to Baker Street but instead of getting on Jubilee line, I had to go on one of Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan or Circle line - had a choice which is always good.

This bit of Baker Street is clearly the old part - looks very run down and in need of a bit of refurbishment. It always seems strange when you see things like this plaque - it must have all been so modern and cutting edge in 1863!!

I only had to go a couple of stops to Euston Square - but with my usual skill I managed to come out of the station from the wrong entrance which made my journey to the hotel where my meeting was just a bit longer than it should have been. Google maps helped though, my sense of direction is pretty poor!

Today seemed a bit never ending, I was very glad to get back home again.
