.....might be an ideal way to spend an evening for some people.

But not these two intrepid souls who choose to run to the top of some of Englands highest mountains on a regular basis.

Climbing Dollywagon Pike from Grisedale tarn enroute to Helvellyn. Behind is Seat Sandal (R) and the flank of Fairfield/ Great Rigg. In the distance, Esthwaite Water can be seen and the Irish Sea too.

Just a little further up and we were treated to spectacular views over the entire Western fell range, Windermere and Coniston to the South, Bassenthwaite to the North and Ullswater to the East.
