THE VIEW FROM BANKSIDE

I had to go to a meeting today that started at 1700!!! This might be quite normal for some people, but in my defence, my working day started at 0730... The other participants were very nice, so although it was a long day, at least it was interesting and I was among friends.

I like this view - the meeting venue is in a prime spot, within walking distance of my beloved Borough Market, and just across the river from St Paul's - you can see the dome of Wren's masterpiece from Bankside.
