A very clever friend of mine once explained to me the Queer Theory take on Frankenstein. Here are the basics that stuck with me:

The Doctor 'makes himself a man'. And dispite public horror only decides it's time to get rid of his man, when the man spurns him and asks him to make a female companion.

Don't get her started on the film Rocky.

Anyway, here is my attempt at a Bride of Frankenstein. The irony of me (a female) making a bride of frankenstein is not lost on me.

Perhaps the glittery nipple beads were a step to far - I blame the craft shop for having such lovely beads.
