Apple Pie...
"As American as apple pie"
In celebration of America's Independence, I baked an apple pie from scratch - which isn't something an Aussie New Yorker does often ;) it was fun, messy & SOOOOO YUMMY! Stuffed in a bowl with 2 scoops of ice cream...Love.
