i spent today experimenting in the kitchen. i have never made jam before, and now that i know how insanely easy it is, i plan to never buy pre-made jam again. i made two batches of strawberry rhubarb. jarred the first, made these strawberry rhubarb bars with the second. i have decided i love strawberry rhubarb the way most women i know love chocolate. yes. that much!
