A pot of mussels

We've been without a working refrigerator since we returned from vacation, so we've had to stop at the store each night to buy something for dinner. Tonight, we had a luxurious meal of caesar salad, steamed mussels, filet mignon, and garlic bread...all for $14!

I used a recipe from Tyler Florence to make the mussels - they were as good as I've had in restaurants. I'll definitely use that recipe again.
