1 WTC

Looks like it's almost half way up. They announced months ago that it was half way up but just from knowing the design this looks a little below half way as of now. On a side note the WTC Memorial is supposed to open up this September 11th. And it's reported that they are not going to install bathrooms. Like What?!?!
