German Pancake

This doesn't look like any pancake I'VE ever seen...but I got a recipe for German Pancakes (aka 'Dutch Baby') sent to my inbox. I decided today would be the perfect day to try them out since Jesse had stayed the night. I used my children and Jesse as my guinea pig. It really did do what the recipe warned about...it fluffed up in the oven all the way to the rack above it. I believe the boys enjoyed it because there were no leftovers.

Tonight was TOC night again for Loren's team and unfortunately they lost for a second time in this double-elimination tournament....making this their last game. They played another very touch team and tried, but couldn't pull out the win. They've come a long ways, though, and we're so proud of the Giants!
