Cables Wynd House in Leith, also known as the Banana Flats.

I was walking past at lunchtime and over heard a trio of American ladies looking at the building, remarking how nice it would be to have a balcony...(no comment!)

At least from inside you don't have a view of its ugly 1960s brutalist architecture.
