Spanish Goods delivery

These are products from Brindisa, London. They import directly from Spain and the products are brilliant. In this picture we have Calasparra rice, valdespino sherry vinegar, moscatel vinegar, membrillo, gordal reina olives, cooking chorizo, pickled garlic and marcona almonds. The serrano ham and slicing chorizo were already in the fridge. These products are used like this.

Today is my 4 year anniversary at the Hotel. Not that anyone remembered or even cared today though. I started 07/07/07 which I liked a lot.
