Blipers and blipettes, I give you The Little Dooey, a local BBQ joint. Pulled pork and chicken, BBQ beans, fried pickles, and so on. I wanted to include a link to the website, but their website appears to be down. Will check later to see if I can make it happen.

As you can clearly see, they fuel their BBQ cooking vessels with wood.
