Pincha Mayurasana

Gill has been here before. I've watched Gill learning pincha for a year, maybe 18 months (maybe longer). I've watched her fall this way and that, be covered in bruises, get it then lose it. A couple of months ago when David was here she got it (and I saw it)! She promised David she would keep working on it and I said I'd photograph it for her and here it is.
