Ruoholahti canal

Ruoholahti is one of the modern city districts in Helsinki downtown. The distinctive thing in Ruoholahti is the nice 400-metre-long canal that runs through it. The residents can berth their boats directly below their windows.
In the winter the canal naturally freezes.
