Butterfly

My Mum and I took the kids to Butterfly World this afternoon. There was something really lovely about it today - maybe because it was quite quiet compared to last time we went. We got to hold a snake and the kids loved watching the ants trooping along the ropes they have suspended all over the place. And of course we really enjoyed the beautiful butterflies fluttering about our heads.

Unfortunately didn't see any living ones like this one in the photo. It was such a melancholy and profound sight floating up to the waterfall then was spun around and back up the pond again.
