Waiting patiently again

This was an opportunistic shot this morning.

I had gone down to Stockbridge to shoot something else but then I saw this heron waiting with its eye out for any passing fish. It was perched over looking the Water of Leith just west of the main bridge crossing the river.

I think the bird in this shot is a little easier to see than the one from yesterday.

Am feeling much better today. Antibiotics seem to be working and even the sky is looking clearer!
