Waterfall in the Woods

It was almost going to be another beach blip today. Earlier, I went to see a spectacular, high waterfall yet was unable to get a decent shot of it. Later, on a walk through the forest, I came across a smaller waterfall which just seem to appear out of nowhere.

I liked the contrast of the knarled tree trunks against the water. Alas, so the pink tinged beach scene I was all set to use got pushed aside. Oh, the agonies of deciding which one!
