Tumbledown
Well, there we have it. It's exactly one year since I began my journey through Blipland and for some time I have been looking towards this date as the one on which I might back off a little, not quite hanging my cameras up, but stepping back a trifle with the intention of blipping at every opportunity rather than compulsively every day. Besides which the treatment on my back isn't working as successfully as I had hoped and some days it is really quite uncomfortable. My son who has a doctorate in such things suggests acupuncture, so I might go down that road. Add into the mix the fact that tomorrow week we take our annual holiday in a summer cottage in Finland, where we won't even have electricity let alone an internet connection, so that's 2 weeks gone for a start.
Have no fear, I will be around and looking at your blips every day but commenting less often. So thanks for all the fun so far and I look forward to some more still ahead.
By the way, yesterday's blip was indeed a swan's foot, folded up over his back as he swam about guarding his family. How such a beautiful creature can have such a dangerous looking pair of feet, I just don't know. Just look at those claws!!
