Crashing sea

End of the week - I made it - three really difficult days but some positive feedback and a day in the office today which at least enabled me to see what else I havent done and plan next weeks attack! Off to the sea with a bit of persuasion from D who said the sea was as I like it wild with crashing waves...he gets to drive along the cliffs on the way home while I battle with the traffic past the airport so has a head start on me in the wind down stakes!

Oh to be young and fit - this looks such fun
