Not a very exciting photo, but......

A very exciting prospect!

Spent most of this afternoon getting food ready for what should hopefully be a right ol' knees up here on Calle Seneca.

Lots of Sandra's mates & people from CELTA should hopefully make for an interesting mix of people. Really looking forward to it. Even though I'm still not finished getting all the food ready.

Somehow, I want to try and make something vaguely Curryesque flavoured, but am working w/limited ingredients. We shall see. Though Chinese is sorted.

Sandra has told all her mates that I'm not a bad cook and now I have to deliver. Yikes!

So far and in the photo, there is:

Back Row: Mexican Sausages (the only item not handmade), Chicken in a Peanut & Coconut marinade, Coleslaw & Potato Salad.

Front Row: Carrot & Jicama Salad, Pork in a Wine, Honey, Mustard & Rosemary marinade, 10 Spicy Chilli & 10 Calmer Burgers.

I'm drooling at the prospect.
