A few minutes of light
This door in a narrow street in the old part of the village is in sunlight for just a few minutes of the day even in the middle of summer. I happened to be walking past at the right time this morning. I've blipped it before in winter without the added textures of light and shade.
In spite of the heat, I'm trying to get some work done before we go out this evening to a meal at our wine-making friends', for the people who helped them plant vines earlier in the year and, luckily for me, the one who takes photos of the work! There'll be about 25 of us and I expect excellent food and wine, very good company and a late night.
