Echt Show

Today is Echt Show. I am a member of the Echt SWRI and we had an entry in the Inter-Institute Competition. The theme was anniversary. We chose Emerald as our theme. There's 3 entries under handicrafts & 3 under housewives (food & drink). This is our entry which I helped set up - in reality it was my friend Fiona who did most of the setting up!! I made the Orkney Fudge Cheesecake (in the glasses with the green stems). Fiona engraved the vase on the left. Fingers crossed we get a good score - will hopefully find out later from Fiona how we got on.
