Dandelion Flower Cookies

One day, during one of my many web explorations, thru cooking and recipes websites, i found this recipe for Dandelion Flower Cookies.
My passion for herbs and cooking united in one recipe! :)
I had to wait a little bit before trying it, cos of course dandelion flowers are out only during this season....but now that my garden is spotted with these bright yellow flowers i decided to bake them! DELICIOUS!
I love the fact they have honey and not sugar to sweet them! it goes perfectly with the flowers!
I also have a recipe for a kind of dandelion jam, but i'd need much more flowers and much more time to make it boil....but i keep it stored for the future!:)

On the pics u can see the baked biscuits on top of the honey tin, one of the flowers in the garden and the flowers after having quickly washed them and dried them!
