Six spot Burnet

Today I have watch the tour de France passing by at the col nearby St Etienne du Champs. We had to wait a while, So I walked with the dog and spotted this butterfly. Roy have seen it often in his garden but for me it was the first time.
In dutch we say st Jans vlinder. of litteraly translated st John's butterfly.

I made a little film of the passing of the peleton. Annelies (Daisy) made some beautiful pictures.

BTW it was amazing to see the tour passing by. Shivers all over!
