It's another hoverfly and lavender I'm afraid!
There was a butterfly (the buddleia is out - yay!) but close up the poor thing was all battered. Maybe an effect of the wind? It is very windy here today.

We had a bit of a parent emergency this morning but ,fingers crossed, all has settled down.

There's fizz cooling.
Cherries (a bit of a feature at our wedding) washed and stoned (no purple fingers, I've learned to wear gloves.)
