The pear

This is one of my favourite pieces of pottery and was given to me by a friend some years ago.

I think she belongs in "La Dolce Vita" or "Death in Venice". That's the woman in the swimsuit not my friend although I'm sure she wouldn't turn down a little holiday in Italy.

She could be worth a fortune but I wouldn't sell her. That's the woman in the swimsuit ....etc.etc.
