This Radio (Model - Philips) was bought by my dad long way back in the year 1976.

He is very fond of listening old songs.


Recently we got our house painted and were moving out all the unused and old junk things out.
I was about to throw this Radio but my dad didn't let me do that.
He has special emotions attached with this radio as it is the first radio he bought in his life and it was one of the costliest radio bought by him at that time.
It became news in the entire colony that time as purchasing radio was a big thing then and that too that much costly.



Believe me it still works very well.


My dad bought it for Rs 850 in year 1976. His monthly salary that time was Rs 1000.
