Saturday in Blue

My wife has an issue with wheat flower, my son has an issue with eggs. I just want pancakes or crepes or whatever I can load fruit, nuts and jam on. So my wife, the genius cook, comes up with brilliant crepe/cakes that taste wonderful and meet everyone's needs. I call them crepe/cakes because they're not really pancakes and not really crepes, but they fit my requirements. As you can see plenty of fruit, nuts and jam are piled on top...
