Flying Friends

Katie and Gordon zooming along the flying fox in Garvald, East Lothian. We were there to survey the event field for Audio Soup - a new music festival energised by my pal Louise and a team of willing victims ;)
With a fair wind, it's going to be great!

This morning I wakened up early, full of positive energy and got on with some tedious stuff. By 10am I had done all the washing, including the bedsheets from 5 beds and I was raring to go. Lou phoned to arrange, then again to re-arrange the trip and we got ourselves sorted.

Up we went to Garvald and after the site visit we played in Garvald's lovely park for a while. I cycled home with G & K - we'd put the bikes on the back of a car. We took a really long and head-settling route home just in time to get the washing in before the heavens opened agian. Phew.

Really looking forward to the week ahead and getting this weekend over with.
