Cool camping!

Another busy but laid back day. Diesel needed and some cooking gas replenished, (its funny how you still have a shopping list when living the simple life), we headed up the road to Bunessan to the "shoppy" to get some supplies to cook on the beach. Burgers, rolls, cider and chicken were the call of the day and on the way we stopped to do a wee bit of geocaching. This has been our most Northerly cache so far but was an easy on to find.

Back at the beach and the fire was built and cooking got underway with a soothing cool cider to refresh Lord of the Manor and myself. This gourmet meal was followed by bananas and minstrels wrapped in tin foil and into the embers of the fire. We finished the meal off with a wee tot of Talisker to put the seal on a wonderful day :)
