Shades of Grey

This building in Southwark has been empty for years but recently there was activity that suggests it is being refurbished. The young people in this picture seemed to be receiving a description of the building from the lady in the centre.
However, it could be interpreted differently; the dereliction, the gang of youths, the barbed wire - its over to the viewer to decide.
