Wanna see my organ?!?

People who know me from Twitter are aware that I play the organ at my church on a fairly regular basis. This, of course, leads to many predictable double entendres on playing with/practising the organ.

So I thought I'd do a lazy Blip today and show you my organ!!

I haven't played for very long though I already read music from playing the piano for 40 years (yikes!!!!!!) The organ is nothing like the piano except the keys are in the same arrangement. Completely different touch and, of course, there are THE PEDALS *dramatic drumroll*

Now, playing two manuals is relatively easy but thinking what your feet are doing as well is pretty tricky. So I don't do the pedals very much. Luckily the organ we have has a setting on it which plays the pedals for you with your left hand.

This organ is really a synthesiser. All of the sounds are sampled from the best pipe organs around the world. You can make a heck of a lot of noise if you put your mind to it!!

So I give you my organ and I'll let you write your own dirty jokes ;-)
