Pretty people

Today was the second day of the anniversary weekend (see yesterday's Blip). Enjoying the sun in the garden, I was asked to take some pictures of our two nieces. Although I did some pretty nice ones yesterday, the colors were so bright in the sunlight I couldn't resist. I already knew I really like to photograph people but know, with my new gear, that notion has been confirmed.

This is Roos, a delightful five-year-old who knows how to work the camera quite well. Her older sister started messing around with grass and of course, Roos had to imitate. Quite pleased with this shot.
