We almost missed this today, on race day, because I'd left my ticket in the car ... way back at the park and ride, over half an hour away, with only 90 minutes to the race. Luckily for us the Silverstone people really excelled in customer service and gave us a temporary ticket. I think we were very lucky, I'm sure this isn't something they do every time this happens.

Exciting race, if not the result that nearly everyone at the British GP wanted.
