So...Ive been too lazy to go in search of a photo...well it WAS the British Grand Prix today.

This is a new thing I made for tea...cherry clafoutis, a recipe from this months issue of Red magazine.

Dead easy to make and really tasty. Although I made it in a Le Creuset dish rather than a metal one so it took twice as long to cook as it should have.

Still....not bad for some cherries that needed to be used up, even if it is a glorified Yorkshire Pudding :)
