Can you guess what it is?

Just home from spening a few days with family and spotted this in a shop and just had to buy it.

I love my kitchen gadgets and my OH loves to eat lemon curd and I like marmalade so I'm hoping this is going to get quite a bit of use.

I like the way, because it's all new and shiney that it's reflecting the light - don't expect it to do that again!!!
