That's one swingin' cat!
Provincetown, Massachusetts, USA. The weather was much improved over yesterday's insanity of flooded roads, lightning, and torrential rain. The skies cleared so Linda and I drove up the Cape to Provincetown (aka P-town) for our third visit over the years. Beautiful dunes and vistas, kitchy shopping, FABULOUS food, and more rainbow-oriented folk and decor than can be imagined in tiny town but c'est la vie. The locals are happy so I'm happy. Everyone was friendly and we had a good time for a few hours then off to the Dunes for a peek then to the beach nearby for a swim in the Atlantic. Great fun. Sunburn. More seafood for supper. This swinging cat was cool so I thought it would make a fun blip. It's on the main drag, uh, street. Oh, Provincetown's restaurants are great. We went to Ross's Grill and I had the half-pound Black Angus burger and a Whale Tale Pale Ale. Both excellent and Linda had the open-face ham and Swiss which was melted with tomatoes on a large crusty bun. Also fabulous!
Yesterday's blip: Freaking INSANE driving!
Back-blipped 10 July 2011 (no wi-fi handy for the past few days).
