Whiston Hospital

First built on the site of the old Poor/ Work House this hospital was/is slowly being rebuilt once again; but strangely the name is on the back of the building over the A&E not at front where the main entrance is.
I understand they're in considerable debt couple of million or more but surely they could afford a nice sign as on the back?
